-I am reminded by people of my responsibility in working order. These people include, but are not limited to, my fianci, my doctor, my father, my accountant and individuals that share their unsolicited opinions.
Step Two:
-I find justification to continue and also what I preferably should do (insert excuse here______________). Usually, the excuses begin a concern . following exaggerated statements: “I am too ..” or “I am very.”.
Step Three:
-I begin completing the task, but in short spurts. This method is an illustration of the “not completely giving in” or “I’ll try basically a little and see what happens” syndromes.
Step Four:
